I am a researcher in the psychology of leadership. It is sometimes interesting. Sometimes it is frightening. At other times entirely trivial.

Everyone has a relationship to leadership. Every 7th working person is a "leader", or a manager of a kind. Every working human has one or more bosses, often titled as a "leader" or a "manager". These people are also usually led. Do leaders really matter? This web site is a collection of some of my viewpoints on these matters.
